ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
To list additional drivers, we would need their license and insurance information. We do not charge extra for additional drivers as long as they are 25 and older and they have insurance to cover the rental vehicle.
AGE
Minimum age is 21. A surcharge will be added for those under the age of 25.
CANCELLATION
Please give 24 hours notice to change or cancel a reservation. For holiday rentals, a minumum of 48 hours notice will be required to avoid a cancellation fee.
DEBIT CARDS
We do not accept any form of a debit card, check card or prepaid card for inital rental qualifications. At the end of the rental period, you may pay for the rental fees any way you prefer.
At the time of the rental, the credit card must have plenty available credit, minimum credit check on card is $300. At the return of the vehicle, the rental fees can be paid by credit, check, cash, etc.
EMERGENCY INFO
At the time of the rental, you will be provided with all the In the event of... instructions.
GAS
All vehicles are rented with a full tank of gas. Before returning, you will need to refill completely for the next renter.
GEOGRAPHIC
Most of our vehicles stay locally, meaning tri-state area. Radius restrictions are no further west than Chicago and no further south than Virginia.
INSURANCE
If renters and drivers carry their own full coverage insurance that will transfer to the rental vehicle than they should bring their insurance information at the time of the rental. For futher information on your own coverage, please contact your insurance agent.
NO-SHOWS
No-Shows on confirmed reservations are charged for the first rental day.
OTHER
MILEAGE - All truck rentals have a mileage rate of 22 cents per mile, regardless of the day of the week. Car rentals have allowed miles as noted, but additional mileage is 18 cents per mile.
PICKUP/DROP
All vehicle pickups must be made during business hours. If you drop off the rental car after business hours it will be checked in as of 8 am the next business day.
Weekend slot rentals for trucks: Saturday is 8am -| 3pm OR 3:30pm -| Sunday at anytime. Call our office for more information on truck rentals.

TRAVELING TO CANADA
Traveling to Canada is permitted. Please let us know so we can insure you have all the necessary documentation needed at the border.
